Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through face-to-face meetings.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and new clientele.
  • Follow action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.
  • Maintain records of all sales activity, prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues to maintain company reputation.
  • Participate in marketing events like seminars, conferences, and networking trips.
  • Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Implement special sales activities to move stock.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to learn, manage, and draft financial accounts using mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of, or the willingness to learn, marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • High school degree
  • Entry level sales representative, full company training as an air tech professional provided.
