Job Description

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers living near Blytheville, Arkansas for a dedicated regional account operating from the West Memphis distribution hub. This role provides steady miles, consistent freight, and dependable weekly home time for drivers who want a predictable schedule and reliable pay.

Drivers on this account typically handle about three loads per week while running regional routes throughout the Mid-South. Freight moves through Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Deliveries involve full trailer unload using a rotocart and lift gate system, making this position ideal for drivers who prefer an active role during deliveries.

Pay & Earnings

• $0.515 $0.605 CPM pay range
• Average weekly pay: $1,380 based on driver miles and consistent freight
• Top weekly pay: $1,700
• Average annual earnings: $71,760
• Top annual earnings: $88,500
• Stop / load pay: $150

Freight & Route Details

• Dedicated regional dry van freight out of West Memphis, AR
• Average 3 loads per week
• Deliveries across TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL
• Full trailer unload using rotocart and lift gate
• Requires strong backing and maneuvering skills in tight locations

Home Time

• Home weekly
• 34-hour reset scheduled each week
• Consistent regional runs designed for predictable schedules

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Western Star tractors
• Average fleet age approximately 18 months
• 72" raised roof sleeper cabs on newer Cascadias
• Pack Smart HVAC system providing extended heating and cooling
• Automatic transmissions
• APUs and inverters available on most trucks

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (state match required)
• Current DOT medical card with at least 90 days remaining
• Age 21 or older (stricter rules under 23)
• Minimum 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience (40 ft+)
• Clean MVR: maximum 2 violations in the last year or 3 in the last 3 years
• No major accidents within the past 5 years
• No DUI in a CMV and no more than two lifetime
• Must pass urine and hair drug screening
• HazMat endorsement if required
