Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room, Rangely, Colorado. Travel - temporary assignment beginning 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,950–$1,967. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.). Work setting: hospital-based emergency department.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care in the emergency department for adults and/or pediatrics as assigned, including triage, rapid assessment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and treatments per physician orders; observe and document patient response.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; communicate clearly with physicians, consultants, and the care team.
- Manage multiple simultaneous patients, prioritize tasks, respond to clinical changes, and participate in rapid response and code events as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe dispositions, proper handoffs, and thorough patient and family education.
- Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and unit policies; support patient throughput and, as needed, swing bed patients.

Requirements
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 06/08/2026
- Ability to work 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. day shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule
- Active RN licensure in Colorado or eligibility to practice in Colorado
- U.S. work authorization
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced ED setting
