Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades, across six facilities and labs.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards are met throughout project implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
• Perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
• Oversee the testing and deployment of hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, including cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and project staff.
