We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Supervisor to lead a high-volume document processing team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting staff development while maintaining efficient workflow across title processing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct daily operations of the title processing team
Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and overall performance
Review and complete applications for salvage and non-repairable certificates
Resolve documentation issues and respond to internal and external inquiries, including DMV-related processes
Train and onboard new specialists and processors
Handle payroll, reporting, and departmental tracking (e.g., productivity metrics)
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, policies, and process improvements
Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflow in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated experience handling sensitive situations with professionalism and tact

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + eligibility to earn discretionary bonus
