Minimum Salary: $14.38 Hourly

Description :
Assists with maintenance of buildings and grounds within Lake Poinsett Recreation Area, including mowing, weed whipping, spraying, watering, and operating equipment such as mowers, tractors, skid loaders, weed sprayers and trucks. Other duties as assigned.

General Requirements :
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions outdoors.

Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid drivers license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge of various tools that are used to maintain the developed areas, as well as the natural areas of the park. Ability to work within a team is beneficial.

Please note this is a temporary or seasonal, non-benefited position, exempt from civil service.
