Summary
Step into a well-established outpatient psychiatry practice at CentraCare in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where a deeply collaborative behavioral health team and integrated care model allow PMHNP’s and PA’s to focus on patient care while practicing fully at the top of their license.

Schedule

1. Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN
2. Day shifts | 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits

1. ​​ Salary range: $119,308.80- $157,310.40 per year
   1. ​ Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
   2. ​ Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
   3. ​ May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
​ Required:

• ​ Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• ​ Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification

Department Information
CentraCare’s outpatient Behavioral Health clinic at CentraCare Plaza is supported by a well-established psychiatry team that includes adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, integrated behavioral health providers, and counseling staff. The practice emphasizes team-based care, collaboration across disciplines, and access to system-wide specialty resources within a large, integrated health system and regional referral center.
