Hiring Pipe and Structural Welders for a project located in Cape Canaveral, FL!

Pay: $30-37/hour + $125 per diem

Position is located in Cape Canaveral, FL

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Tig Welding (GTAW) process on carbon and stainless steel structural shapes, tubing, and piping.
• FCAW welding and SMAW with one or more of the following materials: stainless steel, carbon steel
• Cut, trim, fit, and fabricate weldments to precise dimensions for building and assembling using standard tools and materials.
• Collaborate with the lead welder to ensure accurate assessment of weld procedures, material types, and rod sizes for each project.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to plan welding operations where procedural information is unavailable.
• Continuously strive to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective work environment.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in pipe welding or structural welding with materials like stainless steel and carbon steel.

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
