Your New Role

  • Own the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close

  • Conduct in-home HVAC evaluations and system replacement consultations

  • Build professional proposals and clearly explain system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities

  • Work with utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize customer value

  • Sell additional home comfort solutions, including generators, water filtration systems, and indoor air quality products

  • Build long-term relationships with residential customers

  • Travel locally throughout Strasburg, Colorado, and surrounding communities

  • Proven residential HVAC sales experience

  • Demonstrated experience working with rebates and incentive programs

  • Previous success selling home services or products such as generators, water filtration, indoor air quality, or similar solutions

  • Strong closing skills with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills

  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license

  • Must live within 30 to 45 minutes of Strasburg, Colorado
