Fabricator/Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate parts to exact specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to assemble and fabricate metal components based on project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal using saws, grinders, torches, and shears to ensure precise fit and alignment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, structural integrity, and weld quality, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Follow safety standards and collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve issues and ensure successful project completion.

Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong blueprint and welding symbol interpretation skills to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding, with experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Skilled in using metalworking equipment including grinders, torches, saws, and press brakes. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety practices, and the ability to handle physically demanding work
