Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating, and Air is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced HVAC Sales (Comfort Advisors)to join our top-performing team. Key Responsibilities

Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence.
Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs.
Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio.
Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer.
Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions.
Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer’s needs first.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred.
Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach.
Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms.
Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
