We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Handle customer or client communication via email or phone
* Coordinate meetings and virtual appointments
* Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
* Conduct online research and compile information as needed
* Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects
### Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and personal computer
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM or project management tools
* Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)
* Basic accounting or HR support experience
