Commercial Construction Travel Superintendent (Boise Region)
NOW HIRING ! BOISE, ID area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Traveling Superintendent within commercial large-scale construction and renovations in the area. Amazing company to work with that has excellent growth opportunities in the local Boise area . Projects focus on new construction, aviation, sports, resorts, civic, civil, commercial, water renewal, concrete, multifamily projects across the region. Qualifications for Travel Superintendent :
New Construction / large scale renovation projects
7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients
Big Box, Tilt Wall, Steel structure, commercial mulifaimly project experience a plus, $5m+
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of Carpentry or previous experience preferred
Commercial projects experience above $5m is all preferred!
