The installations where we presently operate are home to nearly 350,000 military and civilian personnel and families. We proudly deliver these vital services to military installations in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas (including southeastern New Mexico), Virginia, Florida, Kansas, and Massachusetts. The Construction Superintendent also oversees routine to complex technical and administrative assignments, including team make-up and staffing, preparing work plans, assuring quality control, managing and tracking cost, ensuring safety programs and practices and maintaining good working relations among the team. The incumbent will be required to coordinate and manage subcontractors and various material providers.
