Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for a Web Developer/ SEO Specialist.
Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces and automated biomass boilers that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products.
The Web Developer/SEO Specialist plays behind the scenes, but business critical supporting role in our marketing department by making sure our digital presence works, gets found, and continues to perform.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist to design, develop, and optimize high-performing websites that rank well and stay there. This role requires strong coding ability, deep SEO expertise, and proven experience improving search engine placement across Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Chrome-based search results. The ideal candidate understands not only how to build websites but how to grow and retain their visibility through ethical, effective backlink strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve organic search performance
• Monitor and improve website rankings across Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Chrome
• Build, manage, and retain high-quality backlinks using white-hat SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies
• Track performance using analytics tools and providing actionable insights
• Stay current on algorithm updates and search engine best practices

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with strong SEO expertise
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web development frameworks
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema, indexing, and crawling
• Understanding of AI audits role in tech
• Demonstrated success improving and maintaining search engine rankings
• Experience working with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to retain and manage backlinks without penalties
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated individual
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Knowledge of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Basic content optimization and copy SEO experience
Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT/IS, Web Development, Design or Interactive Media, or related field. Proven work experience as a Web Developer and SEO Specialist. A minimum of 12 months’ previous experience.
