Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or SMS
* provide accurate information about products or services
* Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed
* Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
* Process orders, refunds, cancellations, or account updates
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
* Maintain professionalism and clear communication at all times
* Perform light administrative tasks as needed
