We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support daily customer communication and administrative tasks. This role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or SMS
* provide accurate information about products or services
* Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed
* Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
* Process orders, refunds, cancellations, or account updates
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
* Maintain professionalism and clear communication at all times
* Perform light administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
* Prior experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
