Job Title: Licensed Electrician – Solar Projects (Nebraska & Colorado)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced, licensed Electrician to join our team for solar construction projects in Nebraska and Colorado . This role is essential in ensuring the successful installation, setup, and maintenance of electrical systems related to solar energy and general construction projects.

Pay rate plus per diem

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components for commercial and utility-scale solar projects
• Perform electrical work related to solar photovoltaic (PV) systems , including inverters, combiner boxes, panels, and balance-of-system components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications
• Install and maintain wiring, conduit, and electrical fixtures
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes , state requirements, and site safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical systems and components
• Experience with conduit bending, wiring installation, and terminations
• Strong understanding of construction and solar project workflows
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Licenses & Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Nebraska and/or Colorado (required)
• Experience on solar PV projects is strongly preferred
• Experience working under prevailing wage projects is a plus
• Ability to travel between project sites as needed
• OSHA 10/30 or willingness to obtain

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $66.00 - $66.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO.
