Transportation Compliance Analyst
The transportation compliance analyst will be responsible for regularly reporting any issues related to shipment clearance and Customs, F.D.A., or O.G.A.s, to management with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and thoroughness. The main purpose of this position will be to assist the Cypress Medical Products international transportation team evaluate options for dealing with supply chain challenges and to ensure that established compliance standards are maintained. The transportation compliance analyst will also be expected to work with various teams, both internal and external to McKesson. The candidate will be expected to communicate in a professional and courteous manner as well as adhere to expectations of a normal office environment. This position has the ability to work from home when not required by management to be in the office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Other Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics
Minimum 2 years of experience working with a customs broker
Candidate must exhibit familiarity with customs entry documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Capable of working with a variety of supply chain visibility tools
Minimum of 2 years experience with FDA procedures and protocols
Experience with CTPAT procedures and protocols preferred
Location:
Jacksonville, FL OR Richmond, VA
Will work primarily remote, however will be required to be in the office approx. 1x per week
MUST be located within 2 hrs of either office location
Schedule:
Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
Salary:
Target salary for this opportunity will be 65K
