We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter & Sourcer to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various levels of the organization.
What You'll Do
Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, intake meetings, and compensation guidance
Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Maintain ATS records, generate reports, and manage offer letters
Ensure compliance with employment regulations, including FLSA
Contribute to broader recruiting strategy and ad-hoc HR projects
What You'll Bring
4+ years of technical recruiting experience
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting including outbound sourcing
Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS or similar)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
