Job Description
Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking a results-driven sourcer with 3–5 years of experience to lead their efforts in identifying and attracting top-tier Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, driving business growth by building a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
salary: $33.95 - $39.29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with Financial Advisor candidates using diverse channels, including social media, industry databases, and professional networks.
- Execute cold-calling strategies, including independent research to locate contact information and initiate direct dialogue with passive talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in a timely, cost-effective manner to support evolving business objectives.
- Actively track all outreach, candidate progress, and engagement metrics to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
- Commitment to delivering diverse talent pools while ensuring a premium, professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify the best channels for reaching specific talent segments.
