Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support business-critical efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce customization, integration, and data migration, with a strong focus on leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and complex integrations. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Aura framework, LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Implement and maintain complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and connectors to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
• Perform data migration tasks using tools like Apex Data Loader and Import Wizard, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Develop and customize Reports, Dashboards, and Processes to monitor and support business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture and development for Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to ensure scalability and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Work in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence, with experience in SAFe methodology preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as APEX, JavaScript, and Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Apex Data Loader) and version control systems like GitHub.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented or independent environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and mentor junior developers
