Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract with a client in Mt Laurel, NJ. Candidates must have mandatory expertise in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Marketing/Data Cloud while integrating Salesforce with external systems and supporting end‑to‑end development activities.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Marketing/Data Cloud capabilities.

• Architect, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and multiple external systems using APIs and middleware tools.

• Utilize Salesforce DX and Git-based version control to manage deployments, ensure code quality, and support CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver end‑to‑end development solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

• Independently manage multiple development tasks while supporting production issues, enhancements, and platform optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6–8+ years in Salesforce development/technical design (with hands-on Apex/LWC/OmniStudio).

• Proven expertise with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Marketing/Data Cloud, including end‑to‑end solution development and deployment via Salesforce DX and Git-based CI/CD.

• Strong integration experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) to connect multiple external systems, plus solid understanding of secure, scalable architecture and best practices.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $54.00 per hour
