Responsibilities :

• Create and publish job postings across multiple job boards.
• Develop clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Present high-quality candidates to clients and facilitate the selection process.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR-related functions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
