Job Title: Recruiter

Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Location: On-site / Hybrid / Remote (based on role)

Compensation: Base pay + performance incentives (role-dependent)

Role Overview

A Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and placing qualified candidates into open roles efficiently and professionally. This role sits at the center of hiring operations and directly impacts business growth. Strong recruiters balance speed with judgment—moving fast without cutting corners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication end-to-end

  • Present qualified candidates with clear, honest assessments

  • Manage offer processes and support candidates through acceptance

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM

  • Ensure a professional, respectful candidate experience at all times

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing quality

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring hourly, frontline, or operational roles

  • Industry experience in hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or tech

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  • Multilingual skills are a plus
