Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for piping projects.
* Analyze HVAC and piping systems to determine cost, scope, and feasibility.
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure quality, efficiency, and budget alignment.
* Develop thorough proposals and scope-of-work documents.
* Use your technical expertise to help the team win competitive bids.

Essential Job Functions/ Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
* Prior experience with Quote Soft preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills:

* Basic knowledge of construction accounting principles.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Self-motivated team player with strong time-management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
