Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder-fabricator in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and coachable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
