Our healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Account Manager for a long-term contract.

Play a pivotal role in shaping how this hospital system engages with external clients. As Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship leader for a diverse portfolio of regional, national and international clients, helping them leverage the hospital's trusted products, brand and services. This is ideal for an Account Manager that thrives at the intersection of strategy, client partnership, and operational excellence.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the internal marketing team.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships that align both with client goals and the business objectives.
- Develop annual renewal and retention strategies to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and growth.
- Identify upselling opportunities in collaboration with sales and partnership teams.
- Participate in prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiations for new business.
- Represent the company's extensive portfolio of healthcare products, services, and digital content.
- Lead all post-contract client management activities, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
- Manage workflow, timelines, and project plans to meet both business and client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to branding, QA, and content guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in B2B account management, client services, or sales within healthcare or a health-related industry
- Proven success managing accounts across multiple industries.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
- Able to navigate sensitive client situations with consistency and professionalism.
- Experience working in health insurance or digital health content.
