We are seeking a reliable and skilled Security-Low Voltage Technician to install, service, and maintain electronic security systems for commercial customers. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, customer‐focused, and comfortable working independently; as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems including:
• Alarm Systems
• Surveillance Cameras (CCTV/IP)
• Access Control Systems
• Run and terminate low‐voltage wiring systems
• Perform system testing, programming, and customer training
• Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in security systems, low‐voltage, or related technical field preferred
• Knowledge of alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Ability to use hand tools, ladders, and power tools safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication, leadership skills and a professional appearance
• Must have RI Telecom License
• Must have OSHA 10 Certification

Preferred (Not Required)

• Industry certifications (manufacturer certifications)
• Experience with networking or IP‐based systems
• Previous field service experience
