Resolver problemas de primeira linha e escalar situações críticas quando necessário
Formar e acompanhar operadores, validando competências da equipa
Monitorizar processos, produtividade e organização do local de trabalho
Experiência em ambiente industrial / produção
Capacidade de liderança e organização de equipas
Fluência obrigatória em inglês
Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencial em Malta
