LAttitude is partnered with a fully remote insurance agency built for producers who are serious about building real income without the headaches that have become standard in this industry. We work across the full spectrum life insurance Medicare mortgage protection final expense retirement planning IULs annuities and more. Which means youre never limited to one product or one type of client.

What youll do

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients who have already expressed interest in coverage

• Assess client needs across a full suite of products including life insurance Medicare mortgage protection final expense IULs annuities and retirement solutions

• Guide clients from initial consultation through policy placement using our proven sales process

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service

• Manage your pipeline and document activity within our CRM

• Participate in ongoing team training and one-on-one mentorship sessions

• Stay current on product knowledge carrier updates and compliance requirements

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. New agents who execute the system consistently are earning $7000$10000 per month. Strong performers are hitting $12000$18000 per month and top producers are clearing $20000 monthly. First-year agents following our system and training process have the realistic potential to earn $100000$150000. Well walk through the full compensation structure during your interview no surprises.

Who were looking for

You have an active Life & Health license or are willing to obtain one within 30 days. Youre self-motivated coachable and ready to follow a system before you customize it. Whether youre an experienced producer who wants a better platform or someone new to insurance whos driven to build something real LAttitude was built for you.

Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required. Weve built our training program to take motivated people from any sales background financial services real estate B2B high-ticket sales and turn them into strong producers. What we cant teach is work ethic and drive. You bring those and well bring everything else.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain within 30 days

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

• Reliable internet a quiet workspace and basic computer proficiency

• Authorized to work in the United States
