Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay Rate: $50K + Commissions
Physical Work Location: 660 Westinghouse Blvd. Suite 10, Charlotte, NC 28273 - ON SITE
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are partnered with a rapidly growing, founder-led wellness company redefining plant- based alternatives through high-quality botanical products, including premium kratom and kava. We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, primarily via phone and digital communication. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to build trust quickly, sell consultatively, and close with confidence. You will play a critical role in expanding our wholesale footprint, developing retail partnerships, and driving repeat business.

Additional Skills

What You’ll Do
- Drive daily outbound cold calls to retailers in the kratom and kava category
- Introduce a premium product line to new prospects
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale partners
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing
- Help retailers identify the right product mix to maximize their revenue - Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback on customer trends and growth opportunities

- Inside sales, B2B sales, or high-volume cold calling preferred - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus Compensation is $50k Base salary + uncapped commission Performance incentives tied to revenue and growth
