Evaluate heating and cooling systems and recommend energy efficient HVAC solutions
Prepare and present customized proposals for system replacements and upgrades
Manage the full sales cycle including documentation, change orders, and follow up
Generate new residential HVAC sales through referrals, networking, and company provided leads
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure projects are completed to customer expectations
Perform Manual J and Manual D calculations and confirm code compliance
Submit rebate and warranty documentation accurately and on time

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field based sales role
Valid driver’s license
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, with the ability to learn and represent Lennox and Mitsubishi product lines
Ability to complete Manual J and Manual D calculations accurately

Self motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
