We are looking to hire someone experienced in the appliance field and we are also looking to hire a trainee. Trainess are encouraged to apply with basic knowledge of tools and basic mechanical skill. Experience can vary from electrical, HVAC, home improvement, mechanical, etc. We are looking to hire 2 individuals. Compensation will vary depending on experience.

Employees MUST have a New York state driver license as technicians receive their own company vehicle to take home.

We are a prestige appliance repair company that service in homes only and work on high end appliances only.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients in their homes or businesses. If you have experience in field service, HVAC, or equipment repair, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform assembly and equipment repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during each job.
• Drive a box truck to transport tools and equipment to job sites efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repairs in various environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in HVAC systems is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
