Title : Epicor Administrator

Location : Tukwila

Salary : $95,000 (Open to Negotiation)

Onsite : 5 days per week - hoping to move to 3-4 days soon

Team Size : 2 now, this will be the 3rd

Interview Process : 2 Steps

Must Haves:

• Experience with Epicor ERP
• Experience in a Windows Environment
• SQL Scripting experience
• Experience with REST APIs

The Epicor Kinetic Admin, is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s core business systems, with a primary focus on Epicor Kinetic , BarTender labeling software , REST API integrations , and general IT infrastructure support. This position requires strong technical knowledge across Windows server and client environments, SQL Server, scripting, and enterprise IT operations. The role also shares responsibility (approximately 20%) for frontline helpdesk support, workstation deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and adherence to cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-171 and CMMC .

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and enhance Epicor Kinetic ERP modules.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot BarTender labeling software and related print automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs , ensuring reliable data exchange between internal systems.
• Create SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for reporting, automation, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to identify system improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of the ERP environment.
• Assist in the administration of SQL Server , including basic maintenance, backup support, and query optimization.
