We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our mission-driven team ! In this role, you’ll support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through live outreach, events, and community engagement .

Weekly pay: base wage + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

Conduct face-to-face marketing to raise awareness and engage supporters
Assist with donor acquisition, lead generation, and community education

Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development workshops
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent ( college a plus but not required )
Outgoing, people-friendly , and comfortable in public-facing roles
Strong communication skills , coachable, and growth-oriented
