Our client is a remote-first eCommerce agency that partners with consumer brands on lifecycle marketing, redesign and replatform projects, conversion optimization, and creative services. They work across verticals such as beauty, food and beverage, health and wellness, fashion and lifestyle, and family and home, with a strong focus on retention, customer journey improvement, and revenue growth.

Short Description:
We are looking for an Email Graphic Designer to support lifecycle marketing initiatives through high-quality, conversion-focused visual design. In this role, you will create email campaigns, flows, and automations, collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists, and contribute creative ideas that support retention goals. You will also design motion-based assets such as GIFs, iterate through revisions, and ensure all work aligns with email design best practices and usability standards. This is a highly collaborative position for someone who enjoys combining strong visual execution with strategic thinking.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality email campaigns, flows, and automations for lifecycle marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and retention experts to develop effective, conversion-focused creative.

  • Create unique visual assets, including GIFs, that bring motion and creativity into design work.

  • Work iteratively across project phases, from initial concepts through revisions and launch.

  • Apply email design best practices and usability principles to all deliverables.

  • Contribute fresh creative ideas and strategic thinking to proactively solve design challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of design experience, preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies.

  • Knowledge of email design best practices, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale to clients.

  • Skills in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.

  • Ability to take feedback, iterate on designs, multitask, and maintain high attention to detail.

  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
