Driller Helper Details:

Temporary position
$20.00 to $22.00 / hour
Full Time and Part Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday through Sunday from 05:00am to 07:00pm )

Assist the drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
Support drillers with basic equipment checks, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including removing debris and hazards.
Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth drilling operations.

Driller Helper Qualifications:

Current Surface MSHA certification.
Must wear steel-toe boots and adhere to PPE requirements.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Willingness and ability to work in inclement weather.
Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs. and standing for 12–14 hour shifts.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
