Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the
Document Processing Clerk is to efficiently and accurately process applications in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, detail, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: On any given day, you may be required to perform tasks in one or more of the following areas:
- Document Transactions: Process a high volume of document transactions, including tasks with moderate complexity and variation.
- Extraction: Open envelopes, extract checks, and validate fees.
- Document Processing: Prep, sort, and organize documents for scanning.
- Scanning: Process documents and checks for imaging, reviewing for accuracy of time and date.
- Assembly: Assemble documents, punch holes, insert fasteners in folders, and label accurately.
You need to be flexible to work any of the shifts listed below. Please note that the schedule assigned to you will be your
permanent schedule :
- J: (5x8) Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 5am – 1:30pm
- DA: (4x10) Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun 5am-3:30pm
