As a Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing daily trucking operations. This position requires a proactive leader who ensures efficient load planning, driver performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

You will serve as the driver's supervisor/representative within Operations, manage driver performance in identified categories and be the primary communication link to drivers, and continuously work to achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction.
