What you'll own
You'll lead the financial heartbeat of the company and partner closely with ownership and operations.
Full-cycle accounting and monthly close
WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
Job cost reporting and margin analysis
Cash flow forecasting and working capital strategy
Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and compliance
Support PMs with cost visibility and projections
Lead audits, banking relationships, and reporting
Build and mentor an accounting team
Improve systems, processes, and financial controls
This role blends hands-on execution + strategic leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years in accounting/finance leadership
Construction General Contractor job cost accounting experience required
Strong knowledge of WIP schedules & POC revenue recognition
Experience with Sage, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar systems
Comfortable partnering with project teams and executives
CPA or CMA preferred but not required
Procore experience is preferred
