Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical innovation. In this role, you will perform comprehensive physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms-including tablets, capsules, injectables, liquids, creams, and gels. Your work will directly support clients in the development and regulatory approval of a wide variety of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare solutions, standards, and samples for analytical testing
  • Operate a range of laboratory instruments, including HPLC, GC, IC, Karl Fischer titrators (Coulometric and Volumetric), UV/Vis and IR/FTIR spectrophotometers, disintegration testers, and dissolution equipment
  • Process and interpret analytical data, comparing results against client-provided specifications
  • Execute and document all laboratory work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

The Ideal Candidate would possess:
  • 0-2 years of industry experience
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Working schedule can be either Full-Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm OR Second Shift, M-F 3pm-11pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
