Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, and errands
• Support clients' mobility needs based on their individualized care plans
• Observe and report any changes in condition to the Care Manager

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude with strong references
