Done watching money slip away at the dock? This dedicated retail account rewards drivers who want to move freight, get paid for every minute of work, and get home on a regular schedule. Freight volume stays strong year-round, and most drivers on this account pull 1,800 to 2,000 miles weekly without chasing loads.

You will back into retail store docks, place boxed freight onto a conveyor belt, and roll to the next stop no extended waiting, no wasted time.

Earnings Breakdown

Flat $0.71 CPM on all dispatched miles loaded and empty, no experience tiers
$275 per fully unloaded trailer
$20 per stop
$50 per backhaul
Weekly gross range: $1,766 to $2,060 (based on 1,600 to 2,000 miles per week plus stops)
Sign-on bonus: $2,500 paid out over time

1,600 miles $0.71 CPM = $1,136
2 trailers unloaded $275 = $550
4 stops $20 = $80
Total weekly gross: $1,766

Drivers running 3 loads per week routinely gross $2,000 or more. Actual earnings depend on freight volume, miles driven, and efficiency.

How the Freight Works

3 to 5 stops per trailer at major retail locations
Boxes average 1 to 35 lbs, placed onto a conveyor at each dock
Finish the stop and move on minimal dwell time
Stable boxed freight on a dedicated account with consistent year-round volume
Territory: IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO

Schedule & Equipment

Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
Assigned late-model 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL; 21 years of age or older
Minimum 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
No more than 3 jobs held in the last 12 months
No employment gaps exceeding 6 months in the last 12 months
Must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screening
Must be comfortable with multi-stop touch freight and conveyor unloading
