Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Sun, Mon, Tues + Alternating Wednesdays

The Role When the sun goes down, our drivers stay on the move. We are looking for a reliable Overnight Call Center Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our fleet. This is a high-impact role where you will manage real-time logistics, resolve roadside challenges, and ensure our drivers have the support they need to stay safe and on schedule.

• Driver Support: Act as the lifeline for truck drivers, assisting with route issues, delivery updates, and troubleshooting.

• Conflict Resolution: Calmly and efficiently navigate logistics hurdles and high-pressure situations.

• Documentation: Use MS Office and internal systems to maintain precise records and ensure seamless follow-through.

• Operations: Learn the "nuts and bolts" of the transportation industry from the ground up. Why Apply?

salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Electronic log support for the fleet
• Record accident and injury reports and follow up as needed
• Arrange drug testing as needed and follow up on completion
• Assist drivers with Electronic Logging devices
• Follow up on outstanding log support tickets
• Receive and document complaints- beginning to end / follow up
• Assist supervisor on managing unassigned drive time for the fleet
• Be able to work in fast paced situations and make decisions accordingly
• Process reservations for Lyft rentals and hotels
• Fleet fuel card troubleshooting
