Position Overview

We are hiring Call Center Representatives / Inside Sales Reps to support our growing sales team by engaging homeowners, generating interest, and setting qualified appointments.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where you will be the first point of contact between homeowners and our energy solutions team.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You’ll Do

Outbound & Inbound Engagement

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads

• Handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly

• Build rapport and create interest in energy-efficient home upgrades

Appointment Setting

• Qualify homeowners based on basic criteria

• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations

• Clearly communicate value, benefits, and next steps

Pipeline & Performance

• Track daily metrics (calls, contacts, appointments set)

• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion

• Maintain consistent activity and performance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in call center, inside sales, or customer service (preferred)

• Strong communication and phone presence

• Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
