What You’ll Do:
Use Peachtree/Sage 50 for daily bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries
Help with month-end close and reporting
Keep records neat, accurate, and audit-ready
MUST HAVE:
Experience with Peachtree (Sage 50) – This is non-negotiable
Basic to mid-level accounting knowledge
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Points:
2+ years bookkeeping experience
Familiar with Excel
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
