Your future role

• Responsible for the full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates of all levels 
• Collaborate with internal clients to develop tailored candidate selection criteria for each role
• Track Applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop and maintain a professional network within our various fields
• Write compelling and tailored job postings
• Act as an ambassador during recruiting events
• Stay up to date on market trends with a focus on continuous improvement
• Work closely with the organizational development teams in each business group
