• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Previous experience in patient care environment preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment repair is preferred.
• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills required to interact with other members of health care team.
• Physical ability to lift and move patients, supplies and equipment.
• Walking and standing for long periods required.
• Successful completion of 180-day probationary period required to achieve knowledge of policies relative to job duties and patient care unit.

• BCLS highly desirable.
• ASATT certification preferred.
