Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support executive leadership, primarily the CEO, while also contributing to daily branch operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do
Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to executive leadership and management team
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
  • Organize board meetings, internal team meetings, and virtual sessions
  • Arrange travel and logistics when needed
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents

Front Desk & Operational Support

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, including call routing and message handling
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Direct customers and loan clients to the appropriate team members
  • Support general office and branch operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (3–5 years preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
  • Experience in a professional office or banking environment is a plus
